Tony has over twenty years’ management experience in the transport, logistics and manufacturing industries. He held senior positions in both operations and sales during tenures at the Toll group of companies, Brambles and the Patrick Corporation.
He founded Premium Staffing Solutions in 2003 with a vision to create a specialist provider of staff from logistics and transport labour hire through to executive placement.
Tony has built a talented team from a cross-section of experienced recruiters and operational managers. The team is dedicated to delivering a service strategy to industry, which Tony believes is unique, efficient and unrivalled in the recruitment industry.
Teresa’s 16 years in the hospitality and events industries include contract roles at the 2004 Athens Olympics and with Melbourne’s Commonwealth Games Organizing Committee.
Through her impressive experience in relationship building with large-scale clients and employees, Teresa brings valuable inter-personal skills to Premium Staffing Solutions. Her six years spent recruiting staff for such major events means she understands the challenges, needs and demands of potential employers and employees.
Not surprisingly, Teresa is well equipped to mange the day-to-day operations of an unpredictable, casual workforce for Premium Staffing Solutions’ clients and is always willing to go that extra mile to ensure the job is done well.
Michelle has worked in service-related companies throughout her career. She firmly believes the success of a good business depends on strong customer service and is acutely aware sound administration principals are essential in delivering excellence to industry.
Armed with an accounting degree, Michelle began at Premium Staffing Solutions three years ago. She is responsible for the smooth operation of Premium’s administration.
Darren Taylor brings with him over 20 years IT industry experience in both Melbourne and Sydney. His experience includes significant time spent in the financial services industry with a career that has spanned programming, business and systems analysis, consulting, and project management. Darren has spent the last 14 years in IT recruitment, working across varying industries with some of Australia’s leading organisations. During this time he has earned a reputation for developing strong relationships with clients and candidates alike, based on his honesty, service, work-ethic and a comprehensive understanding of the needs of his clients and candidates.
Keith Currie has worked in the IT industry for over 12 years both in Australia and overseas, with experience throughout Asia-Pacific region. Keith possesses a thorough understanding of the technical side of life and has worked for several consulting companies including Oracle Australia, Praxa and BCA. Keith is experienced in technical support, database and ERP functional consulting, and client management. His in-depth understanding of technical environments, coupled with first hand knowledge of client and candidate needs, has led to Keith develop a solid reputation as a specialist recruitment consultant in ERP Applications like Oracle, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, and SAP.
