During the interview process, all candidates are told the name of your company. They are given a thorough briefing of the job description to assess their interest in the position and to satisfy us they meet the selection criteria.

Once employment commences, we make monthly contact with the candidate to ensure they are happy. Should an issue arise, this will be documented and communicated to you.
